📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation (maybe more in custome order)  . Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We ship across all GCC countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

🖼️ Handling of Home Decor & Wall Art

All wall art and home decor pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Large or fragile items may require additional packaging time of up to 2 extra business days.

We use protective materials including foam padding, corner guards, and reinforced boxes to prevent damage during transit.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real time.


❌ Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For lost shipments, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before reaching out. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
